He's totally out of control as evidenced by his poor plus minus.

I'm pretty sure he wont change, it's a shame cause he's really hurting his team.

no question chris webber's poor shooting leaves alot to be desired, but the bottom line is he has the 3rd highest touches/min of all frontcourt players in the league so far this season (1.5 touches/min, lebron james is at 1.7 and kevin garnett is at 1.6), and he passes the ball with just over 1/2 of his touches, so he is as active as most PGs in the league yet from the frontcourt. also his turnovers per touch are at just 6%, and have been at 5% for the previous five seasons, which is excellent (low) for a frontcourt player, so i wouldn't exactly call him out of control. he gets a decent amount of steals, is the kings' best defensive rebounder, and is the 2nd best shot blocker amongs the kings' starters...

i'm not defending him as a player (i'm sure most would not consider him a good defender) and there are better Pfs in the league, but because he is a such a good passer i would guess he is one reason peja stojakovic does not get double-teamed to death. peja only passes the ball with about 1/3 of his touches (slightly more, but he shoots the ball with 1/2 of his touches while webber shoots with just 1/3 of his touches) but no where near as often as webber passes. with both divac and now doug christie gone, both good passers, webber's passing ability may become of some import now to the kings. but is he could shoot he'd be helping the kings even more...
