Clippers have dropped 15 of the last 16.

Whats with this team? Sure they have some holes on their roster, but
honestly before the season began they weren't any less talented than
Memphis or Utah (ok maybe not Memphis, but it was certainly
      debatable).

Maggette and Brand are having monster years, and are very efficient.
Yet they still can't outplay teams like Golden State, and they lose
to teams like the Bulls. Its nice to say that Brand and Maggette
don't have much help, but there comes a point where if you have a
great 3 and 4 you should be able to produce more respectable
results. Both are one of the better players at their respective
      positions.

Is PG the reason they weren't playoff bound? Or were Brand/Maggette/
and Q to blame as well for their lack of ability to close games
without making common and frequent mental errors. None of them are
really goto guys in the clutch (even tho Maggette can get to the line
      and convert).

      Just some stats from 82games.com

Notice Brands winning %. You figure it could be a little better than
that, even though good players on bad teams tend to look worse when
it comes to these kind of stats.

Whats with the Clippers? Can a decent college PG or a vet PG who at
least is a solid backup help this team leaps and bounds for next
      season?

Why do the Clippers keep underacheiving despite having just as much
talent as Utah, Golden State etc....?

Without Jaric the Clippers have lost 15/16. Not that Jaric had good
stats, but he was probably their best team defender by far, and the
best overall defender along with maybe Brand.

Perhaps a combo guard like Ben Gordon paired with Jaric could help
      this team become better?

Is this teams future pretty much hopeless?
