      I'm sure I'll run into the situation that I will have
      too many minutes on one team while not enough on
      another.

      I'll also run into the situation that I have two small
      forwards ( for example ) and will have to move someone
      to balance out the minutes played.

      I'll have to balance minutes played somehow.
