playoff time. The kind of thinness that I see on the Spurs is a lack of
people who can do multiple things in a basketball game even on the first
string. Tim Duncan can create in the post, rebound, play defense, and do a
lot of other things to help his team, but in order for the Spurs to
succeed in the playoffs, they're going to have to have some of their
one-dimensional players (Steve Smith, Bruce Bowen) add another dimension,
so to speak.
