The 1st team is exactly as it should have been:

      30.7 Lebron James .487 20.2 5.5 6.0
      29.2 Dwyane Wade .528 19.1 4.6 5.3
      29.1 Carmelo Anthony .507 21.9 6.3 2.9
      25.2 Chris Bosh .512 13.9 7.9 1.3
      23.1 Kirk Hinrich .509 12.8 3.5 7.6

These were not only the top 5 in productivity, but in minutes as
      well.

Here are the next few, in my book:

      22.9 Marquis Daniels .535 14.4 4.5 3.4
      21.6 Josh Howard .484 11.5 7.8 2.0
      21.5 Raul Lopez .503 12.3 3.7 6.7
      21.5 Udonis Haslem .520 11.3 9.4 1.1
      20.8 David West .517 9.1 9.6 2.0
      20.4 T.J. Ford .442 8.7 4.3 8.5
      ...
      16.5 Jarvis Hayes .455 11.1 4.6 1.9

And there are quite a few more above Hayes, who made the 2nd team.
I don't have a problem with Ford (27 MPG) taken over Lopez (20 MPG).

Hayes led the Wiz in minutes most of the year. I never saw much to
justify it. He doesn't score, rebound, or pass. His PT was sharply
curtailed toward the end of the year, as players returned.
