      the Ideology of Kingship in Ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia".

      As part of the Museum International Conference Program, this seminar
      is designed to offer scholars with expertise in Anthropology,
      Egyptology and Assyriology the opportunity to come together and share
      ideas and explore perspectives on a topic of special interest.
      Immediately after the workshop on Saturday, Nov. 10, the Penn Museum
      will host a day long symposium at which several of the participants
      will speak to the interested community and wider public about the
      ideas discussed in the conference.
