      Lipschits looks to Jeremiah 41:17 ("habitation of Chimham") for a
      possible identification of the site (counter to Gabriel Barkay's MMST
      speculation).

      Lipschits also puts forth a new idea about the LMLK handles found at
      Ramat Rahel as being delivered by King Hezekiah, who "was responsible
      to the Assyrians for collecting the produce," an interesting twist on
      the popular idea by David Ussishkin that they were collected as
      military supplies in preparation for the Assyrian battle.
