      Emar Bibliography online

We are happy to announce that the Emar Bibliography is now
      available at:
      <www.ieiop.com/emar>

Facing the increasing number of publications dedicated to Emar and
the new archaeological work at the site, a bibliography as complete
as possible has been compiled to support the research of students
as well as specialists. It is the result of a first collaboration
between the Instituto de Estudios Islámicos y del Oriente Próximo
(Zaragoza, Spain) and the Institut für Altorientalistik of the
      Freie Universität Berlin.

The bibliography is presented in two forms: arranged by subjects and
arranged alphabetically by authors. The bibliography will be updated
regularly. In addition the new titles will be published every
two years in Ugarit Forschungen, where the first edition has
already appeared (UF 35, 2003, 191-230). Therefore, we will be very
grateful to everyone who informs us of any omitted reference or of
a publication not easily available to Assyriologists. The
      information can be sent to:

      Betina Faist: <bfaist@...-berlin.de>
      Josué Javier Justel: <jjjustel@...>, or
      Juan Pablo Vita: <jpvita@...>.
