      Eliot asks What is DSS?
       In Charlotte, North Carolina they are/were called the Dead Sea Squirrels. when they were exhibited there.  See http://tzvee.blogspot.com/2006/05/charlotte-nc-dead-sea-squirrels.html%c2%a0 They do have some problems of interpretation there with Biblical Archaeology....nuf said.
