      Notice that 21 years after this article was written, there are still a few
      technological hurdles to overcome to get a permanent magnet motor to operate
      over unity. The author implied that a breakthrough was right around the
      corner. Sure. It always is. The laws of conservation of energy are not
      going to be broken by a "scientist" just because he says that they do not
      apply to his experimental situation. Somehow, for centuries now,
      experimenters have been stymied by nature, and her unbreakable laws.

      Let's concentrate on working where accepted theory says that we can extract
      work. There is potential energy in every degree of delta T.
