        Save the date! Donald Shoup to speak in San Jose on February 24.

        UCLA Professor Donald Shoup, author of "The High Cost of Free Parking," will discuss how parking reforms can reduce vehicle travel, traffic congestion, air pollution, energy waste, and greenhouse gas emissions, while increasing the supply of housing and improved public services.
