Group Description

A discussion group for AFA Members in good standing.

This list is not sanctioned by AFA or run by AFA. It will be run by the members of this list and will therefore be self governed.

All that is asked of you, is to try to treat people with different view points and opinions with due respect. As each person is entitled to their opinions based on their experiences with AFA and as Aviculturist.

We hope the tone of the list will be one to help move AFA into greater position of helping all people who own and breed birds.

It is our desire for these discussions to continue to improve things for all the AFA members. The earlier list was effective in this manner and positive changes are being made. The name was changed because it gave a controversial connotation. It is hoped you will enjoy this list for ALL AFA members and will feel free to contribute or express your thoughts for the betterment of AFA and in the end ourselves and our birds.

Since we have no way to verify if anyone is a member of the AFA, we expect people to be held by their honor and be here knowing that we believe they are a member in good standing.
