Found some Entry Forms w/Rules and letters from the WTHA, for anyone
interested in table hockey tournament history.

President - Rick Sorci, Palatine, Illinois
Vice President, Canada - Bob Delaney, Toronto
Vice President, USA - Sid Stutz, Detroit
      other offices: NY, Montreal, Boston

Entry form and rules - 5th Annual US Open TH Tournament, March 18 &
19, 1978 held at Sheraton, Rosemont, Illinois with $1000US in prize
money. Rules on back of legal paper size form. Using Munro model
      #2300

Entry form and rules - 6th Annual US Open TH Tournament, February 24
& 25, 1979, (same location, etc as above)

Letter - dated October 1, 1978, discusses invitation to 7th Annual
Maestro Cup Classic, Southfield, Michigan, Nov 11 (singles) Nov 12
(doubles), 1978. And, the scheduling of the US Open in Chicago in
February (1979), Florida Invitational, Boca Raton, March (1979).
And, you had to be a member of the WTHA to compete ($5.00 fee).

Letter - dated October 15, 1979, "Dear Table Hockey Enthusiast" with
info about three tournaments the WTHA was sponsoring that
      season/year, Detroit Nov 17-18 1979; Boston Feb 23-24, 1980, Chicago
      March 22-23, 1980.

Apparently, they used the Munro model #2300 board, but acknowledged
it was no longer available, so they recommended practing on
the "Bobby Hull/Bobby Orr" board, and also divided the tournament
into novice and professional divisions to compensate.

      I have more.
