ACP News and Community Activities
- Dear All ACP members and Friends,
(1) ACP's Forum on Science and High Tech Status of US and China held
on last Saturday was very successful. Professor Jian-Shuang Cui
(University of Science and Technology, Beijing) and Dr. Shou-Bai Chao,
(Assistant Vice President of Technology, Wyeth Biotech) gave us well
prepared presentation to share their profound experiences and
knowledge. Hanhui Li lead a very active thoughtful discussion about
how ACP can to play a more active roll as a bridge for the high tech
interchange and co-ops between China and US. Some photos were posted
ACP's website at http://www.acp-phila.org/. More materials
(presentations, sign-up list, etc.) will send to participats, who
provided their contact info. ACP was glad to see some other brother
Chinese groups sent their representatives to this forum.
(2) As a co-sponsors, ACP is happy to support SAPA-GP organized
conference of OUTSOURCING & OFFSHORING OF DRUG DEVELOPMENT TO CHINA on
November 12, 2006, at Double Tree Hotel, Plymouth Meeting, PA. Time
will be 8am-8pm, a $60 fee will be due at door. ACP will send Dr. CAO
Shaobai to present his experience, if he could find time from his busy
