      POSITION NUMBER: 00011231

      The Senior Business Analyst of Marketing Services develops and administrates graphic presentations that visually communicate the intended message to our guests. The Sr. Analyst assumes lead responsibility for the creation and maintenance of the menu content database used for versioning and analysis and supports the print production process. The Sr. Analyst oversees menu and merchandising inventory and supports others in management of the menu and collateral budget.

      ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
      -Supports others to ensure merchandising messages support the brand promise and are aligned with the brand; champions brand equity guidelines
      -Supports individual and team performance through actions demonstrating strong team orientation, coaching and feedback
      -Develops and nurtures relationships with other Restaurant Support Center teams to remain informed of initiatives and disseminate applicable guest feedback
      -Takes a lead role in managing all aspects of vendor-related contracts and work – scope statement, contracting, budgets, invoice payment, etc.; supports others in management of the menu and collateral budget
      -Supports the management of resources, tasks, contracts, scope and expenses for project budgets and vendor-related work
      -Plans, organizes, monitors, and controls various aspects of a project to ensure engagement, commitment, and risk management
      -Creates and maintains the menu content database used for versioning and analysis
      -Develops menu version grids for core, promo and test menus
      -Creates graphic design and layout for all menu versions (core, promo, in-restaurant merchandising)
      -Maintains electronic files readily accessible for editing or printing upon demand
      -Supports others in the management of press approvals, edit, review, and proofreading process for merchandising materials
      -Researches new technologies within the printing and graphics industry to create leading edge capabilities
      -Oversees menu and merchandising inventory and provides recommendations on print quantities in support of production, printing and distribution of merchandising materials
      -Supports others in identifying improved processes for proofing and managing information
      -Manages vendor partners as it relates to new and on-going programming requests
      -Supports others in the management of the production process for menu creation (design, layout, and copy)
      -Provides information regarding menu prints to others who support restaurant operations
      -Ensures that logo and art standards are maintained

      REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
      -Creative Design Development: Demonstrates the capability to create and manage the technical creative design process
      -Print Production Management: Exhibits functional knowledge of all phases of pre-press and print production to include graphic design and layout, proofing, four color printing, and finishing
      -Systems Management: Demonstrates the ability to operate, maintain, query, and update databases and systems that support restaurant operations
      -Budget Management: Demonstrates the capability to manage a budget
      -Project Management: Demonstrates the capability to achieve desired outcomes on time and within budget through the application of project management principles and techniques
      -Restaurant Operations and Systems: Displays knowledge of and empathy for operations priorities, systems, methods and processes
      -Brand Activation: Demonstrates an understanding and capability in executing the brand strategy

      REQUIRED EDUCATION:
      -Bachelor's Degree (Graphics, Computer Sciences, Business or a related field)



      OTHER KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
      -Experience creating/maintaining databases
      -Passion for food and hospitality

      PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPIRENCE:
      -Graphics background, advertising agency or printing/publishing experience
      -Experience proofing blue lines, match prints and press approvals
      -3+ years analytical experience
