Researcher/editor for teen book on finances, Los Angeles
- Dr. Joetta Forsyth is writing a two-volume textbook on financial skills for teens. The textbook will contain short stories (a page or less) illustrating financial principles or career principles. For example, a short story on how Wesley Snipes got into trouble over taxes called "Who's The Vampire?' is included in the textbook. The stories are supposed to be entertaining as well as informative, and will be written in an entertaining, rather than technical style.
She is looking for someone who can research newspaper stories, edit and format her stories. She will pay based on output. The terms are negotiable. She says her ideal person would be a "walking encyclopedia" of stories. Business training is not necessary.
