II) Status of Organization.
1) Non-government Organization.
2) Business Association.
3) Union of Animation Studios in Bangalore.
4) Governed by Animation Studio Members equally.
5) Members can be only Animation Industry. The consultancy companies can not have membership; they can be associates which will have external affairs.
6) Organization has two fields; Animation Training Institutes and Animation Production.

III) Objectives.
1) To facilitate and assist development of Animation Industry in Bangalore
2) To unify and get for mutual understanding.
3) To give easy access information about Bangalore Animation Industry to clients.
4) To organize environment with clients with outsource enquiries.
5) To exchange experiences of studios.
6) To assist on employee placement and training.
7) To tie up for joint ventures.

IV) Missions.
1) To design attractive website, this gives information about Animation Studios and their contacts.
2) To introduce Animation Industries and give Image making news letters and advertisements.
3) To keep database of animation professionals and generate a training program.
4) To purchase machines which are used in animation production.
5) To represent and organize Animation Exhibitions.

V) Visions.
1) To creat brand Bangalore Animation.
