How much of the work are you doing yourself?

My sig other insists we are building a new house next year after the new shop project is done.  I would be interested in cost if you are willing to talk about it.

      Thanks.

I was unable to post these as attachments. I got rejected every time for over file size limit. Does anyone know what the largest email you can send to the list?

The photos are now posted on flicker. Could someone please let me know if you are forced to create a flicker account in order to view them. If so I will need to find another host for photos. Original text below.

As some of you already know. I am  building my own house. Attached are some pictures of the progress. I just laid the last tile in the bathroom yesterday, after three days of fun. Now I know why the tile guys get the big bucks. All work with the exeption of concrete and electircal was done by me working alone since late December. I am about a month and a half behind scheduale but, overall thing have gone pretty well. The back of the house faces solar south and I put as much glass in as I could. There is still one window missing on that side second floor. Also note the generous overhangs. If it werent for the fact the the attic has yet to be insulated the house stays reletivley cool for this time of year. I am sure the white house rap helps that.
