A replacement copy was sent, and that arrived a week ago. No doubt the original copy will arrive in due course. All the bes,t and how is your layout progressing? John S White

      Hi All,

Normally NL arrives here in Australia within five to seven days of the UK based members receiving theirs, however, as of today, Feb 18th, the issue received in the UK by some on Jan 30th still hasn't arrived in the mail. I've been in contact with three other Aust members, so clearly it isn't just my copy gone "walk-about."

I'm guessing the most likely scenario is a batch of mail in the UK that was meant to go airmail has ended up getting mixed up with surface mail, but just to clarify, has any member on the forum living in Australia or New Zealand received their copy ?

      Cheers

      Ian J

        Hi John,

To keep it short, it's not. The prospect of a possible house move in a couple of years has stopped me doing any work on it. Am now considering dismantling what has been done so far, and building a smaller portable layout instead.

Current project is a complete mixed train in 1/35 scale (loco, carriage, and four goods wagons,) which I rashly promised to have completed for display as part of someone else's talk at the Easter NG convention.

        Cheers

        Ian J
