• Factorizing denominator (x-10)(x+2), we want to minimize numerator and maximize denominator as much as possible, but making sure the fraction is positive. -2

Factorizing denominator (x-10)(x+2), we want to minimize numerator and maximize denominator as much as possible, but making sure the fraction is positive. -2 won't work becase it'llbe div by 0, so the answer is -1. And the fraction is -4/-11.
