Answer is B. Right angle triangle has a^2+b^2=c^2. And only 3 numbers that add up to 12 can fit that equation. Those are 3,4,5. Enough to find area. -am

Area of quarter circle is pi*2^2/4 = piArea of triangle inside quarter circle. 1/2bh = 1/2*2*2 = 2Area of one shaded region = pi - 2Area of two shaded regions
