Group Description

4 Paws for Ability and Wright State students have paired up to create a service dog fostering program on campus. 4 Paws for Ability is a non-profit organization that trains and provides service dogs for people with limited physical, mental or emotional abilities.

Students participating in the 4 Paws WSU fostering will care for and socialize a service dog in their home and on campus for 16 weeks. Currently, foster dogs may only live with students that live off-campus. On campus residents may team with a foster to help handle and socialize the puppy, but are not able to foster at this time. See our website for more details http://4pawswsu.webs.com/

Participating students are asked to make their foster puppy a part of the family, bring them to classes, and most importantly to share lots of affection and have fun!
