Group Description

This is a listserv for the Tenant's Association of 110 Seaman Avenue in the Inwood neighborhood of Manhattan, which also serves as a discussion group for all tenants of the building. If you'd like to join, please send your full name, apartment number, and phone number to 110SeamanAvenue-owner@yahoogroups.com or click on the "Join This Group" link on this page and provide the same information there.. This is a community-building group, and we cannot accept anonymous members: your membership will not be approved unless you provide this information. Note that this is separate process from filling out the Yahoo email address - you need to do both in order to join the 110SeamanAvenue group.

When posting to the list, please include your first name and apartment number at the end of each post to helps us get to know one another.

If your post does not concern Tenant’s Association matters, but might be of interest to other tenants (for example, notice about an apartment sale in the building, information about neighborhood recycling programs, local special events, sharing your own news, etc.) remember to put ***OFF TOPIC*** at the beginning of your subject heading. The Tenant’s Association represents all of the tenants in this building and this list is a public space. We want this to be a safe forum for everyone, so please be polite and respectful in your posts, and make sure their content is appropriate for this forum. If you are not sure whether or not something is appropriate to post, email the list administrator first: 110SeamanAvenue-owner@yahoogroups.com .
