Group Description

The mission of the Federal Litigation Liaison Committee is to make positive immigration law in the Tenth Circuit by providing a forum and a means to monitor, discuss, and coordinate litigation efforts in the federal courts and agencies.

The Committee will: serve as a clearinghouse for current issues that are being litigated, or should be, at the Board of Immigration Appeals and within the Tenth Circuit; create and maintain circuit-specific practice advisories and sample motions and briefs; mentor and advise AILA members on identifying, preserving, and litigating key issues; and liaise with the federal bar and court staff on current issues and best practices.
