Group Description

A Support Team encouraging each other & overcoming the effects of abuse, as we rise up against the old expectations placed on us, and now we begin making our own decissions of life as we stand within our rights to be heard, thus, taking a firm stand Against:

- Domestic Violence & Stalking,

- Sexual Abuse,
-R*pe, & Inc*st,
- Emotional Abuse,
- Verbal Abuse,
- Mental Abuse,
- Ritual Abuse,
- Physical Abuse,
- Religious or Spiritual Abuse

- Helping those in Homelessness.

So many of us in this world grow upon dysfunctional homes and we inturn learn dysfunctional ways, but sometimes a person's eyes will open to see the dysfunction and want to make a change (not to change others), but to make changes inside him or herself and that is when such a person becomes a rose. Each of us (in heart) are a beautiful rose, it is so easy for others to see our faults and follies, and people will often assume the worst, but if people look beyond the thorns, they will see a beautiful rose, perhaps in time to see many roses.
Once we are to look at ourselves, we will see that each of us are much like a rose bush, it is our thorns that can protect us from the bad preditors (that want to change us) and it is these very thorns that protect us, the rose that we are. -(Mark D...)
