This is a position for someone with a background in web analytics. The Web Analyst will define, execute and analyze web reporting to uncover critical observations and trends that will maximize our e-commerce and online marketing efforts.
Develop actionable insights and recommendations for a global team of web business owners
Analyze and document the impact of online marketing tactics, site changes, events and other key drivers of web visitor behavior
In-depth consumer research and present actionable items to department management, business owners and web personnel
Identify opportunities and assist in administration of A/B/Multivariate tests
Support cross-business unit initiatives
3+ years in a web analytics or online marketing role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with web analytics and site optimization tools
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of data analysis and data mining
Experience with working with large data sets from multiple sources
Strong intellectual curiosity combined with a knack for recognizing correlations, trends and statistical irregularities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to accommodate demanding projects schedules.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
