Same here. It started directly after installing vim and had it only a few
times. It doesnt occur if VIM is used as only active program. If other heavy
programs like photoshop or illustrator are running it occurs more readilly.
Only effect is that some of the TSR programs quit nothing serious. Haven't
tried the swapfile entry in _gvimrc, but last week (only using vim 1,5
weeks) no problems (am using vim as only program) I also have W2K with SP4
installed and continious update of windows.
