I am not "occupied". I do whatever I choose when I choose.
I do many many things, and I do not accept paper for any of them.
I thought you were familiar with the writings of Merrill Jenkins. If
you are, you know that FRNs constitute about 5% of what Americans can
use as money. Can't you think of anything else to use?
I admit that it is harder to do today than years ago. But it is not
impossible, and for me it is natural and not difficult in the least.
People who choose to live and "operate" in the Equity Jurisdiction have
no reason to avoid any of the expediences or conveniences of that
system. However, those who wish to stay out of that jurisdiction have
every reason to avoid all of the traps it presents to the unwary.
You make your own choice.
You choose to operate in equity, the area of privileges. I choose
rights at the common law.
