Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.
This is a much larger problem than the ownership of the Crowley corpus,
and will require a good deal more than just Thelemites to deal with the
problem, at least for those of us who live in mass democracies. If all you
are interested in is the corpus, it might be more productive to urge all
like-minded people to infiltrate the OTO and influence it from within. Of
course, since the OTO is ruled by an autocrat-for-life, this might be a
A less time-consuming approach would be to purchase the rights. All that
would take would be money, though you'd probably get further if you
provided them with an ongoing stream of revenue.
Perhaps cheaper would be to so completely harry the order with lawsuits
that it would run out of cash and be forced to sell cheap. That's
personally outside of my own interest -- I don't want to destroy the OTO;
I don't even care about the OTO; I just want the corpus in the public
domain. I don't even care about the 'secret' material, only what's already

Congress is more likely to be moved by campaign contributions. They have
access to more firepower than we do, anyway.
In any event, I suspect that this particular case is more likely to be
settled by the few & secret, or their lawyers, than by mass action. As for
intellectual property in general, well, that's a much larger problem.
Love is the law, love under will.
