practise, and held the opinion that it is important to balance by both
invoking and banishing when using the pentagram ritual as a regular
It seems that in the original Golden Dawn lectures, a practise of invoking
in the morning and banishing in the evening is indeed recommended...Yet it
seems true that most recent books (on Thelemic magick in particular)
emphasize banishing alone.
Any thoughts on why this is so?
