I wanted to give everyone a head's up since I've found this course
very helpful. Had a very tough year, but an SFU course has really
helped me to get back to creative writing. It's taught by a woman,
Lydia Kwa, who is a skillful writer and great at creating a very
open environment that is great for reconnecting to the muse.

A part of the description -> A significant portion of discovering
your unique voice depends on a willingness to suspend your judgments
about "proper technique," and thereby engage yourself in an organic
process of creating and evolving work. Some obstacles to writing
might result from negative experiences or lack of support and
validation for the unique ways people express themselves. The
techniques in this class are process-driven and are helpful to
overcoming blocks to creativity.
Also, I see that Donald Maas is coming out this way to teach his
Writing the Breakout Novel workshop. Anyone been? Any thoughts?
