I must also apologize for being such a lurker... and for what may appear
to be tooting my own horn just a bit here...
I'm, unfortunately, not reading Trek right now. I'm reading A Rising
Thunder by David Weber, the latest Honor Harrington (military sci-fi)
novel... and I'm lucky enough to be reading it before it's released...
what the editors here would call an ARC.
I'm doing it cause I am going to be reviewing it for a fairly new online
review website, the Otherwhere Gazette. The editor of OG, as we call it,
is a friend of mine, and since I like Honor and he doesn't, well, I got
this assignment. :) (Gee, I can't understand where he got that idea...
By the way, Patrick is looking for other reviewers, of Trek books or
other sci-fi or fantasy, so if you're interested, drop him a line at
and let him know.
Again, apologies if I seem to be tooting my own horn a bit too much here.
Here's to a happy 2012 for everyone! :D
