drill a lot of setscrew holes in the small parts i
make. First you turn the shaft the drill the setscrew
holes in a drill press using vee blocks. Then return
the part to the lathe for parting off. Now i just
remove my tool block, slide on the drill mounted tool
block and drill the hole. The lathe centerline is
already there. You can even drill a bunch of holes
along the shaft, just lock the carriage at each
Metal Master Fab.
