This message probably comes from the SoundBlaster Live's or some
other MIDI driver. It seems the driver does not have sufficient
memory to allocate the MME client node objects.
To check this, disable all MIDI drivers for SoundDiver:
* open the file C:\Windows\Win.ini
* search for section [SoundDiver]
* change all "MIDI..." lines in this section from "...=1" to "..=0"
* start SoundDiver. It should now start without errors, but no MIDI
ports are available.
