Not having used gSOAP, I cant provide any direct help.
1. see Fear of Attachments:
This is now
very dated, but I am too lazy/busy/distracted to update it.
2. try stripping all attachment info from the WSDL and working out how
to add/process attachments by hand. WSDL is only a hint, a hint tools
can get wrong.
