Im not blaming the victim but the fewer solid object close to the water the better . lets all park away from the waters edge from now on , That is one seriously large dent .
Also I was blown away to see ICR FULL , and no weeds to speak of . It looks like the very first time I sailed there back in 1984 .

Jmac: the Astro Crusher! Yep the RV barely averted disaster and escaped with a small bruise. you know it was parked about 4 or 5 feet from the shore so add that to your launching point. Good fun out there today but your point is taken you guys make it look easy, easy enuf to forget about the potential hazards we play with. As we strive to raise our skills, let's raise the level of our safety. Glad you didn't break the van!Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T

Wow, what a session!
Made quite the impact, literally by body-checking Jwatt's van after getting lofted 15 feet from water to shore. Who parked that thing there anyway? i thought it was a slider and i just came in too low. Lol.
But seriously todays close-call could be tomorrow's disaster. I got my wake up call. Hope ya'll are safer out there than i was today.
Hit me up Jwatt and we'll discuss the damage (if any) to the blanco astro!
