Hello all--Just want to pass along the fact that Kansas is finally having
it's first Wind Energy Conference in Manhattan on July 24, at Ks State
University. If any are interested, the support by attending would be
great. Registration is free.
Topics include: Wind energy resource potenital in Ks; "Selling wind
energy"; How do I get started generating; Rural & Community wind
generation; and Tying wind generators into the Electric system.
I am told by my State Representative that Ks is considering "Net
metering" - what to push for and what to leave out.
Please, get behind this if you can.
