Someone should contact SoftPro. I know they are one of the best 'cutting
edge' bookshops out there, have a great staff and carry every book I have
ever needed. I will do this if someone explains to me what the nuts and
bolts are, as I am a luddite when it comes to online book purchasing.

I've been browsing around the O'Reilly bookshelf site, and find it
hard to use. But there is an alternate route into that facility:
InformIT, which is much more friendly and usable. It has a search, so
I tried it.
Search for Scrum turned up references in 44 books... !
Looks promising, if not totally complete.
