Agile teams have autonomy to decide how their work gets done but what if team members cannot agree? What about personality clashes? When is it time for managers to step in? Our panelists will give their take on where the limits of team autonomy belong and how the boundary cases should be handled. Bring your difficult situations and thorny questions! You can submit them anonymously too. Our expert panel has deep experience in the 'people issues' that agile teams encounter and they won't duck the tough questions. You'll get insights and answers!
