Five Rivers Council (NY/PA) is offering PowderHorn at Camp Brule.
"Nestled into the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania's Sullivan County, Camp
Brulé (pronounced brew-lay) offers a complete summer camp program that can't
be beat. With activities like camping, canoeing, hiking, backpacking,
swimming, archery, rifle shooting, a Scout should have his time filled with
fun. We also have some unique program features at our Science and
Technology Center where Scouts can connect to the Internet, talk on Amateur
Radio and program robots while still enjoying the great outdoors."

Here's the basic information:
Course fee is $10. A $75 deposit is required to hold a space. Deposits are
ONLY refunded if you drop out and someone is on the waiting list. The
remaining $105 is due no later than the first day of the course. The
registration deadline is June 30, 2003. Registration fees after July 1,
2003 are $220.
The course is a two-weekend course certified by the Northeast Region, BSA
and is hosted by the Five Rivers Council.
Course dates are: Aug 22-24 and Sept. 5-7, 2003. Both weekends will run
from Friday morning to Sunday evening.
The course is demanding and required a Class III Physical which must be NO
EARLIER THAN Aug. 22, 2002.
Participant Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old and have
completed Adult Venturing Leader Basic Training *or* Scoutmaster/SA Position
