As some of you may already have noticed, Meerkat has been updated and now
sports Dublin Core Metadata elements extracted from RSS 1.0 feeds to
which it subscribes. This additional metadata is made available both in
Meerkat's default user interface and in outgoing RSS 1.0 and other feeds.
Meerkat's URL-line API has been updated as appropriate, documenting new
flavours and arguments/settings.
Meerkat's XML-RPC interface, too, supports this new functionality. To
see it in action, give the test suite a whirl.
A new SOAP interface--a direct port of the XML-RPC interface--is in the
works and will be made available shortly.

I'm really a standard brand--like Campbell's
tomato soup or Baker's chocolate."
