If I use a moisturizer afterwards at bedtime I see a slight reduction in redness in the morning. The best results I saw were when using the small sample of redness repair cream that came with it but my local store does not carry it in the regular size. This is the most gentle cleanser I have found in the drugstore. I was at the health food store the other day and found a sale on beauty products so I got Acure Sensitive Facial Cream (Argan Oil + Probiotics). I like this one so far. I have seen more reduction in redness and want to get their cleanser when the Triderma is used up.
I think skincare products can only do so much though so now I am looking into foods that have probiotics to boost the immune system and prebiotic(oat bran?)to have before taking a daily probiotic supplement. For example, I just heard about how five spoonfuls of raw sauerkraut a day can help clear up rosacea in some people because of all the good bacteria so I am going to try it. Hope any of this helps you.
