I have just uploaded the Chip-8 debugger, as described by Ray below, in intel hex format. The debugger is loaded at hex address 0E00, i.e. for a 4K system. The file also includes chip-8 itself with the needed changes to jump to the debugger.
I have tested this in my emulator but it will only run on the next release (V1.08 to be released later this month) as my VIP keyboard implementation in V1.07 is NOT correct.
