In my experience, the changes were case dependent.
If someone has execessive something, Qi-training or
Qi-therapy reduce it to normal point (healthy point).
And if our body need something increase to make
normal, QT increase it. Hence, I can state QT make our
body to poisive point. In our study, QT has moderate
exercise intensity (15% of maximal VO2).
But, as a usual, there were many symptoms (these looks
like wrong) in the first stage of training but these
are the way to healthy.
Next, we collected patients writing of the change of
their symptoms after finishing the training already.
We categorized them and make reports(it was submitted
Journal already-it is under the review). But we have
not collect patient diaries information yet. Because
it need many complicated point in Korea. It is very
good suggestion, I thanks to you.
