anybody know what the 10^13th prime number is? and if you know that
one can u also list the 10^14th and 15th and so on til 20th if you may?

i found a pattern from 10^0 to 10^12 and now im just hoping it
converges as the exponent gets larger... so if anybody knows please
tell me thank you =]

See http://www.research.att.com/~njas/sequences/A006988 for up to 10^18.
At http://primes.utm.edu/nthprime/index.php you can find the nth prime for
any n <= 10^12.
At http://www.ieeta.pt/~tos/primes.html there are extensive tables of pi(x)
for large round x values.
