CC12 of the 2nd kind, starting at 56 digits:
(8428860*127# + 212148902055090) * 2^n + 1, for n = 0..11

It is also record for CC11 - which is what I searched!
The lucky bonus prime improved the record for 12 simultaneous
primes from 44 to 58 digits:

The current records for 9, 11, 12 and 13 primes were set
in fortunate searches for one less prime.

A more modest record CC12 of the 1st kind, starting at 42 digits:
(4431659*89# + 440181861259140) * 2^n - 1, for n = 0..11
This was found earlier and the best overall CC12 at the time.

The GMP library made prp tests. Marcel Martin's Primo proved all primes.

And congratulations to Gary Chaffey:
