Remember the formula [a^ (p-1)] equiv. [1] (mod p) iff "a" is relatively prime to "p"... or flt.

look at the following...

[a^ (p-2)] is equiv. to [p - (p-1)/a] (mod p)

examples... 2^(11-2) or 2^9 = 512 == 11 - (11-1)/2 == 6 and
3^(19-2) or 3^17 = 129140163 == 19 - (19-1)/3 == 13.
