Riverside has an abundance of quality, affordable housing with easy access to neighborhood businesses, parks, churches, the waterfront, downtown and other great amenities. How do we maintain and strengthen this key resource? Rediscover Riverside has teamed up with the Black Rock-Riverside GNPA and Riverside community to address this question. A special "education/orientation session on housing in Riverside" will be held on August 12 at 6pm at the Rediscover Riverside meeting in the picnic shelter in Riverside Park near Tonawanda & Vulcan Sts. If it rains, we will meet over at St. Mark's Church, 311 Ontario St. Join us, share your knowledge, and learn more about housing in Riverside as it exists today. Over the coming weeks, we will follow up this discussion by thinking about the housing of tomorrow in Riverside, which will be discussed in a meeting in September. See you on the 12th!
