May 8 - 10, 2006
The Makati Shangri-La
Software Innovations Philippines 2006 is a three-day exhibition and
mini-conference showcasing practical technology innovation in the
country, of which a number are locally developed. Expected to draw
some 10,000 visitors, the event also promotes the Philippine software
industry, now among the most dynamic of the high-growth IT and IT-
enabled services (ITES) sector. The exhibition will demonstrate
practical, real-world solutions by approximately 400 Filipino
software developers and highlight "best of breed" applications
tailored to deliver better value in today's enterprises.
The year's biggest software event will also allow visitors to
experience life as they know it, along with some pleasant surprises.
They will discover how leading edge software and hardware truly shape
real-world business, mobile connectivity and personal lifestyle
practices via specially designed high-tech areas that take everyday
life a step further.
Pavilions will be located in the Rizal Ballroom on the mezzanine
floor, the ground floor function area, and the Quezon Ballroom at
Lower Level I. These three areas will feature three distinct worlds:
Business Applications, Mobile Connectivity, and Digital Lifestyle.
The pavilions will be the principal feature of each world, and the
venue for product demonstrations, tours, and other activities, such
as raffles. Exhibitor booths will be arranged around each pavilion.
The Exhibition is open to the public.
