Yeah, that would probably work, I discovered that the problem was with UAC in Vista (as a lot of things are it seems tsk, tsk overly protective operating systems). I turned UAC off and saving worked just fine, but it is good that there is a workaround for it because UAC is really a good thing even though it can be annoying sometimes.
